“Concrete Contemporary. Now is always also a little of yesterday and tomorrow” – this is the name of a new exhibition in the Haus Konstruktiv museum in Zurich. The curator and museum director Sabine Schaschl looked at the relationship between contemporary art and the constructivist, concrete and conceptual art of the 20th century. The exhibition is situated on all four floors of the museum building and includes the works of 34 artists from different countries.
During three days gallery owners, artists and collectors were meeting in Strasburg to share their passion to contemporary art. The reason for this was the contemporary art fair ST-ART, that happened from 16 to 18 of November 2018. This year’s guest of honor was Barcelona Picasso Museum.
Foundation for Concrete Art Roland Phleps (Freiburg, Germany) showcases new exhibition “Human – center and value”. At the opening day on September 9 visitors were able to see not only the works of artist Rene Dantes (sculptures, paintings and drawings), but also got an opportunity to speak to the artist.
